Aside for the trade idea per se, this is what the Rockets should do eventually, use Westbrook to get the right additional asset to trade up for a top pick, whether it's 8th plus Ntilikina from the Knicks or the 3rd pick from the Hornets, then try to get Wiseman at 1 or 2 (since i doubt he would drop at 3).
