    Professions. Advertising would still be media buying, radio, billboards and fax machines without Google. And Google Ads, Google Biz, Google's office tools, Google's conferencing tools, Google LSA, etc... give other businesses an avenue to grow their businesses.

    I think I need an indepth reason as to why they are a monopoly?

    Chinese companies like BABA and PDD won't have to deal with this giving them more of an edge
    Id rather focus on. a global effort to disrupt the tax offshore havens instead of breaking up everything that works
    Make GOOGL pay their fair share, AAPL etc, then use it as money to help small innovative businesses when they go through tough times like COVID.

    Agreed on both this and how it could make them less competitive globally. I was against the democrats making financial institutions the scapegoat and target of unnecessary regulations (note not against the reserve requirements and the changes, but additional stuff that came with cfpb only forced companies to make bad decisions imo). Hence did not vote again in the following two elections.

    Now, I'm seeing it play out on tech.
