Both are questionable leaders. Russ is a vocal leader but too brash and his 4th quarter blunders in playoffs do not back it up. Harden is a soft-spoken, talented guy but does not respond to criticism well, you could call him a pet that needs coddling. There is less accountability with him. And he likes to bark at people when things go wrong. That's his leadership style. Lol at people jumping at loyalty, guy is just here because nobody really questions his throne. If you can't work with your childhood friend, there is literally no superstar he can work with other than probably Yoda or the Holy Ghost.
Not buying this just yet. If Westbrook didn't even give Silas a chance to prove himself, Tucker leaves due to issues with Tilman, Gordon is unhappy, why in the world would Harden stay? He's just smarter in the case he does want to leave.
