What the hell did they trade those 2 picks for again?

CP3 bounced back had a great year in OKC after an off one with Rockets. If Russ leave and have a good year with another team. We'll look like fools again. Only this time there's not another superstar with James.

There's no telling what Harden would do after existing regime leaves.

Going young is fine, but kind also means we're rebuilding not contending anymore.

 

Rockets were on pace in salary increases of Harden/CP3 and not afford to pay any 1st round pick money, so they traded the often injured CP3 and those unaffordable picks for Westbrook.

Unfortunately the Westbrook got hurt. Now we can dump Westbrook and his $41 million for halfway decent player or two
and picks. Thanks for doing us a solid WB.

Christmas came early. Extends the Harden window in Houston and helps us take a look at free agency.


Why are people complaining. CP3 does not have the best reputation of being a good teammate. And now either he
wants to be traded out of OKC or OKC wants him gone.......or both.

Purely laughable that anyone thinks westbrick has high value. He’s the player you need to attach assets to get rid of not get back. The fact that it’s publicly confirmed he wants out makes his value complete crap.

 

Second round picks are picks....I’m not talking about getting Embiid type salary player. More like Aaron Gordon
lesser tier. So some picks need to sweeten the deal. Not just salary dump for trash.

And if people think CP3 would have gotten us past Lakers, think again. LeBron/AD would have attacked him every
play. Bar-B-Que chicken all day long.

 

We wouldn’t have had to alter our roster if we had CP3.

 

Harden probably won’t be here much longer and expressed as much to Russ. Why would he try to convince him to stay if he will want out sooner then later

w/ the depth of rivers, EG, Uncle Jeff, Bmac, House etc. easily a much better matchup with the lakers
