??? The Texans were in all of the games except Green Bay Steelers lost by 7 Vikings lost by 8 (had the ball and almost tied it at the end) Jags won Titans should have won
Steelers score was closer than the game, same with the Vikings. Titans they were in it the whole time. Jags obviously weren’t included because they won.
Let me rephrase, Steelers we were in it in first half and then dominated. Vikings first half we were dominated and made it somewhat respectable in the 3rd but never really were a threat. Tennessee was a great game, could’ve won but it was a toss up. Green Bay obviously is what it is. And like I said previously Jacksonville was a win so I wasn’t including them.
Lawrence considering staying @ Clemson should the Jets get that 1st pick. Kid is smart. A s**tshow with no identity can ruin your career before it even begins.
You know with all the garbage offensive line play, there is the possibility that Deshaun may be shell-shocked. Why not? We've seen it before with Carr.
No, I’ve actually really liked what I’ve seen lately. Smart runs, throwing the ball away, leading receivers. I’ve never doubted Watson’s ability and potential. I’ve said it isn’t commiserate with his pay and his praise that he gets from people around here. Plus the tendency to knock others who are performing as well and better. I’ve said he’s in that second cut of QBs, but clearly behind Wilson, Mahomes, Rodgers-maybe Brady and Brees
Hopefully this is consistent and not just playing bad teams. The ups and downs are a concern. I love the kid, I hope he becomes an all time great. Just not ready to put him in that echelon yet.
It's hard to say...was Carr really shell shocked, or just really bad at making quick decisions and getting rid of the ball? I think the 'shell shocked' argument was convenient and made sense as his career began but looking at
I dislike them having to go empty from the 3 yard line, their 3 or the opposition's 3 . All because run blocking/ running game is nothing but a dream. Throughout the game I kept saying that's a good run by Duke. Final scorebox stat: 2.9 yards. That's still less than Steve Slaton's 3.3 yards after deciding to bulk up a little. Just for nostalgia.
Sorry, should have clarified. Bad defenses for the most part, not necessarily bad teams. But he’s also only played really well for about 4 games. Padding stats when game is out of reach makes the overall numbers look good but no substance. Like I said, I like how he’s played last few games.
