As I said, his rallies will not go away until the crowds go away. The purpose though is to prove to Rupert Murdoch that his base is staying with him and he’s going to be the clear front runner for 24. In short it’s a power play. Show of force to keep the Troops in line with the tribe. Media needs to ignore it and have very few journalists there covering it. His power lies in his ability to hold the attention of America. V

This is why all those idiots thinking “hopefully he’ll just conceded nicely and Democrats can be nice and accept it and let him and not ‘go after him’ afterwards” are clueless. Donald Trump isn’t going away. He’s consolidated power and isn’t letting go. democrats need to go after him hard - we know he did some shady as **** and that shouldnt be ok. But the idea of him conceding is insane - he’s not going to do that. And knowing he wasn’t going to do that I tried to think of the ways in which he could refuse to concede. And I knew all the legal challenges would come. Etc. I mean he was setting the whole thing up for months. But I’ll be honest... I hadn’t thought about the “let’s keep up our insane rallies.” Not sure why I didn’t think about it. It’s a core tenant of his push towards fascism and carbon copy of how Hitler used populism to gain power. Large ralllies pushing propaganda. Same exact thing. the only thing preventing him from doing this indefinitely is money... but he can raise money pretty easily.
