He may not run, but his blessing will be required to get the nomination. Trumpism is here to stay as I have been saying. It is the new Republican party, not a passing fad. This threat hasn't been vanquished at all. In fact it may actually grow stronger.
Hearing a real President for the 1st time in 4 years is such a breath of fresh air. How can anyone enjoy being in such a divided America like we had under Trump? I never would’ve imagined a President of the United States would be so brazen in making fellow Americans the enemy just because they don’t support him. I didn’t really have a ton of problems with Republicans before Trump. Sh*t, I didn’t even pay attention to politics all that closely before him. If someone like Romney had become President in 2016, I probably would’ve shrugged and went on with my life. Seeing how disgusting and embarrassing the GOP has become is just sad. It’s not about policy with them, it’s about “owning da libs.”
