    He probably ran out of $100 bills on his way to the patent office giving them out to numerous homeless people before his day of seeing patients at his clinic. Or may of lost his wallet after bible study and on his way to 24hr fitness to dunk on peeps.

    this is a stupid thing to gloat about. even hilary, the worst candidate of all time, might have won this yr after trumps comments
    gloat in 4 years if a dem president solves all your problems .
    gloat in 2021 if dem magically makes corona disappear by 2020 end

    I'm one of the people who had a bet with him and I'm not going to rush him and certainly not mock him. The election hasn't been called and it won't be official until Dec. 12th. He can take his time paying his bet.

    One of my great grandads was a Leroy. So there's one. LeRoy Neiman is a great artist. And Leroy Choi, astronaut, deserves mention.
