My FOX News father (and I will say, he has been an exceptional father) regurgitates this lie to me. I always have to counter with, "That doesn't explain the high number of deaths or people hospitalized." But we always tread lightly on politics. A tough thing to do these days.

Trump bizarrely claims that "the US" is harder to deal with than Russia China or North Korea, as though America is a foreign country? That is something I imagine Putin would say. Just saying.
Wasn't it a week or two ago when he's pointing out that Putin, Xi, and Kim Jung Un "have no respect for Biden"? (He did the same thing 4 years ago: "Putin has no respect for [Hillary].") Yeah, Trump's not a dictator wanna-be. Not at all. We can at least be glad we have a pseudo-democracy to keep him slightly in check. Otherwise, I'd get a knock on my door: "Mister So-and-So? According to Worldometer the US had 118,204 new cases today and 1,125 more deaths. That is 82 new cases every minute! Illinois reported 9,935 new cases and 97 deaths. Texas reported 9,581 new cases and 126 deaths. Don't believe Trump's lies. Mask up & social distance please.
Trump said the other day that nothing new on COVID would be reported after Election Day. Guess he’s wrong again.
