Online voting would kick ass, but I think it's far too susceptible to rampant fraud and I'm a liberal. One can dream though. Seriously why did it take a pandemic for great concepts like early voting, drive thru voting and mail in voting to take off? Nuts.
Oh completely agree. They are all about suppressing the ****ing vote. Heaven forbid democracy be easily accessible for the people.
I dont think there is any other 'developed' country that presents the level of difficulty that the average american faces to vote. Even corrupt and authoritarian regimes seem to provide easier access to voting (even if it wont count) The electoral college and consequent 'battleground' states just makes it worse.
Education for you and I posted this earlier.. Most of the military that get mail in votes are 18 to 20 year olds who live in the barracks and most of them don't vote... You may get 1/4 votes and that's a strong maybe... Most with a rank of sgt and up live off base and therefore have an established residency in that city, state... T_Man
Just make voting day a holiday. As a start,, that is the easiest solution to implement. We can then discuss other ways to get voter turnout to increase.
Biden is up 1096 votes. He is winning about 70-80% of remaining votes. There are 5206 votes left. Lets say he wins 70% of it. That would put his lead at 1096+5206*(.4) which would put him at 3178. Lets say there are 10000 army ballots and it is 60-40 trump then Biden would still win.
Happy re-counting if I am not wrong. The margin is everything under 0.5 lead in Georgia. Another week or more. The quickest way is to flip Pennsylvania and grow the lead to 1% or above.
fox election legal saying you gotta have evidence and as usual with trump we are hearing about "tremendous" fraud and yule c.. as fox legal is asking show evidence. you can talk about dead people voting but who? you can say corruption but where is it? we have workers counting are they not allowed to? where is this secret counting room? people work there all the sudden they cant do their job? they are claiming to be shut out..who is shut out? just like trumps taxes or health plan its always lots of chatter and no proof.. you cant throw out votes like this and especially after fact. there are no "secret count rooms" you cant just say stuff to say it when president.. this is subverting democracy and attempting to invalidate the will of the people. this is sore losing
