8,999 sounds like they're trying to sell me an airfryer...how the hell do they come up with these numbers?
Nixon went away quietly, but Trump would never do that. Unfortunately for Trump, if he loses, the GOP establishment will likely see it as an opportunity to get back control of their party from him. Wont be surpising to see them try to bait the Dems into prosecuting Trump and then use that as a rallying cry to keep the Trumpanzees in the fold, while hanging dear leader out to dry. Trump losing could actually benefit the Dems in 2022, as I expect Trump to have his Trumpanzees primary all those GOP he thinks didnt do enough to get him relected. Thereby splitting the GOP base. Dems have their own issues, and the next cycle of elections likely benefits which party can keep their house together.
Fox being the one to put the dagger in the heart of the Trump machine would be the most ironic twist ever.
Yes, but could you count votes and also keep up with various social media accounts and post on a BBS?
Have no idea who Sterno is, but this seems just like a fake NBA insider tweet to me. Like that potato-head guy or Burnt Steel.
To the people asking would Trump really “do that”? Has there ever been a time where he has backed down or shown respect for our checks and balances and the sanctity of our institutions? Because of him everyone expects the worst of government employees and our system of government. The only thing that will stop Trump is other Republicans refusing to do what he wants. That includes state legislators, governors and also the Supreme Court. Otherwise Trump will steal the election and destroy our democracy. He doesn’t care what the collateral damage is, as long as he wins. Remember what people like Dinesh and Levin are saying and asking for other Republican power brokers to do. They are the enemy of American democracy. Don’t forget that in a year or five years or ten years. They exposed themselves for whom they are.
I don't think Nevada's Republican Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske wants to be the one to take a bullet and get Biden to the needed 270.
We have no gerrymandering in Minnesota. Our districts are fairly drawn and our Senate districts are just combinations of two house districts (but the key is which house districts make up each combination). Minnesota actually has the largest State Senate in the US. Either way, the DFL used to control several rural Senate and House districts. There are no excuses for DFL performance in the legislature. Biden won by 7 points and the Republicans have a majority in the State Senate. That's just peddling a message that did terribly among rural voters. We're not Texas with a tiny Senate that can be gerrymandered to hell. In Minnesota, we have a perfectly fair legislature with fair maps. The Democrats won several rural seats in the 2012 election that gave them a solid 10 seat majority in the State Senate. We're using the same maps and Democrats got annihilated in the same areas where they won in 2012. Trump's continuous parroting of defunding the police and socialism worked really well. The Minnesota GOP is an utterly incompetent party in almost every way and yet they can just win on the back of a president that has created some sort of pavlovian association between the Democrats and hating police officers. I don't accept any excuses for the performance in Minnesota. The Democratic Party as a whole needs to wake up and rethink its messaging asap. Otherwise, 2022 will be a complete bloodbath.
