I agree. I think they did a good job and they certainly sound smart. Who knows they might put us over the top finally, time will tell. My comment was geared toward their bland personalities, I like some hot sauce in my gumbo. I want to see fire and humor in my coaches not that it translates directly to wins but it makes for a more intriguing atmosphere.

I had to look it up because some folks age really well. 47? Also looked up the average age of coaches (in all 4 major sports) is 52. I mostly said it because our last coach was drafted the same year our new coach was born lol

If Silas is willing to make adjustments that make sense (mid-range and P&R) and has the nuts to call it then he's 100% the right guy. So our GM is an introvert, who cares. Also Tilman is still cheap BTW.
