X Box Series X are being sold with the top already melted -- should have used liquid metal.

 

For the smaller xbox, the hardcore gamer wouldn't want it. It wasn't designed for them.
It's about targeted audience.

Like for me and you, we get OLEDs and the Aged Wagyu steak, while the cheapos are fine with Insignia TVs and the J Balvin meal

 

I hope no one ever refers to me as a hard core gamer.

Does anybody know if the systems will be available online at release? Or is there really some sort of nuts shortage that will keep them sold out?

 

Apparently not available online in many cases, they even pushed back several pre-orders due to too high demand.

Having to wait for at least 2-3 weeks after release could be a good guess.

It looks like all the new games will offer either a detail mode or a performance mode
I guess the full ray tracing and 4k 60 on all games is going to be tough.

Is that for the PS5 or the XBox??? You don't think I can go in next week and get an XBox Series X from a store?

 

It's not set in stone for any of them, but getting them on release without a pre-order is risky atm.

Also, Sony announced there won't be any PS5s in physical stores on release and only available online, maybe Microsoft will do something similar.
