Because Trump has a 'platinum plan' and poses with every black person he gets out of prison so it makes it SEEM like he cares. @Nook said that Trump throws the promises of a bone out to groups and that's what he does. No, you campaign for their votes first. Biden didn't promise anything for Black people are Latinos. Imagine not promising anything for the people dragging you across the finish line in the primary, in certain states in the general, and potentially in the senate. What incentive does he have to do anything if he gets the milk for nothing?
