I think sometimes Fox gets stories from Facebook memes and believes they are accurate just like the people that post them on Facebook.
Definitely, they thought it was a "values" issue and a case in personal responsibility.... The point is that we're fine with trading smug for smug and not giving a **** about the details. That's how this country has always been. If Dems had actually flipped Texas or Florida with their expected city turnout, the EC wouldn't be an issue.
So Trump is suing PA, GA, WI for not stoping the count. But then Trump will be suing AZ and NV to keep on counting? Amy Coney Barrett is going to have a hoot of a case!

I don't know what the SCOTUS can do about this. Maybe a lawyer or someone can jump in here but from what I've read there's just no argument to get a state to STOP counting an ongoing vote. He's just desperate and dumb, he thinks the SCOTUS is an arm of his power to enact his will when it doesn't work that way.
I wonder... If this whole thing with Arizona is a long ploy from Trump to get his voters and base away from Fox news for his rumored network? Could be his next con.
his only hope is to sue arithmetic directly. coney barrett, gorsuch, and alito are good bets to side with trump's efforts on the grounds that the numeric system is not discussed in the text of the constitution, so clearly was not what the founding fathers intended; kavanaugh will find similarly based on originalism and he just notoriously hates numbers. those 4 will need to convince one of thomas or roberts that there are no numbers past 9 - longshot, but doable.
