I still think it will. Oil and gas is very important but TX is diversified a lot. The demographics are changing and TX. I felt this year was a stretch but I think it’s a matter of time before a Democrat wins a statewide election in Tx

I truly hope our new president is declared tonight. I don't think I could take anymore of this especially if Nevada is holding up the ballots.

MSNBC just declared Peters keeping his Senate seat in MI. There is still an outside chance the Democrats can win the Senate. Provided Biden wins

Fair enough points, but it doesn't help that with everything going on, racial tension, corona stress, protests, lost jobs and businesses due to virus, etc. and the Dems decide to nominate a 70+ year old white, career politician as their candidate? On a policy platform that panders to minorities? And that guy parades around clamoring for more mass shutdowns and raising taxes for small businesses when people are losing everything because of it?

I mean how ****ing tone-deaf can you get? This could have been won by a landslide with a halfway decent candidate.

Can someone enlighten me with what type of changes are to come if Biden is elected?

401k and tax wise. I’m just worried about my pay check and retirement...

Even if NV comes in for Biden this is still a long way from official. WI won’t certify their election until Dec. 1 and they can’t do a recount until after certification. There are already court challenges that will hold up things.

It doesn’t look like Trump is going to concede anytime soon and might never give an official concession. Right now it looks like he’s determined to hang on.

One election does not define a voter. The fact of the matter is the majority of my views, values, and votes over the years did not lean Democratic but Republican. I likely would have voted Republican in this election if Trump wasn’t the incumbent. I’ve had enough of Trump and those that have enabled or tacitly supported his bullshit. The Republican Party has lost its way.

Biden barely winning against one of the worst presidents in history, while losing seats in the house, and not flipping the Senate, is not successful. sorry to break it to you guys.

Trump got more Republican votes than in 2016. which means more down ballot voting. Lindsay, Mitch and Susan all won.

Stop trying to peel off Republican votes, they dont like you.

    More wasted money.

Oh I don't think Biden is anywhere close to the ideal candidate.

But this post shows the amount of misinformation you recieve. When did Biden say he will increase taxes on small businesses? Small businesses don't pay corporate taxes. Most small businesses are a "disregarded entity" and don't have to pay any extra "business tax". They just have to pay payroll, property and income taxes.

It really is this simple. Nothing left to argue or debate. I don’t recognize the Republican Party today that I grew up with over the last 4 decades.

Biden got the most votes in history, will win by about 7 millon votes, 51-47 or thereabouts.

Nationwide, he beat Trump about as badly as you can beat anyone in a presidential election.

But, the Senate and the EC are stacked against the Democratic Party so, this is what you get.

LMFAO @ all the people who thing Andy Yang or Bernie or Howard Schultz from Starbucks or whoever are getting 57-41.

It's not Giant Douche or Turd Sandwich - it's that a lot of people REALLY REALLY ENJOY being Giant Douche and we have a system that incentivizes them.

No, your comparison is ridiculous. These "life long" republicans who voted in the 90's against gay marriage, for school vouchers, against gays in the military all of a sudden NOW decide they have changed their political views completely.

These are grifters looking for praise from the other side for confirmation that their political foes are beyond the pale. Congrats on being taken by the Dems Candace Owens.

    I feel sorry for you.

Anyways there are plenty of life long republicans like George Will that are Republican due to fiscal conservatism, a strict interpretation of the constitution and limited government who don't partially care for the religous socially conservative wing of the party.

Was he faking it this whole time to dupe me?
