I thought "indirect vs direct" democracy had to do with a legislative body representing your views in the form of representatives. So the US is still a indirect democracy if they use the popular vote for the presidency.

Need both the Senate seats in Georgia to go to a runoff and then for Dems to get out and vote in January for that election. Win both and there’s the 50-50 tie.
I won't begin to relax until Nevada is called for Biden. The votes that are out should be majority "Democratic," but I want to see the actual count finished and the state called. I'm not nearly as concerned about Arizona. Biden appears to have the state in his back pocket.
Jon Ralston is reporting that there are at least 50 to 60K mail-in-ballots in Clark County, that should tilt heavy Democrat. He had Biden winning Nevada by 4% so let them count all the votes.
