Lot of them have been voting Dem for awhile...but the ones that hadn’t will probably go back to Republican, or hang around Dems until they get rid of the stench.
I mean, yeah, the math points to an almost certain Biden win at this point. The only way Biden doesn't win now is if multiple state legislatures/courts intervene on Trump's behalf.

Well good thing Trump isn't a dictator. What do you think he would do specifically to slow those numbers down. Modern racism isn't maliciously open like it was before the 70s. It's apathy and blaming black issues like poverty and crime on culture rather than historical effects that replaced open malicious racism. So they wat a GOP adminstration negatively effects black communties is apathy and not caring. So it takes time to see negative effects.
Dems essentially "ran it back" from 2016. Having a candidate who wasn't so insanely polarizing helped, but know this, without COVID, Trump wins this election. Dems have a lot of work to do otherwise 2024 will be ugly.

and the first step act was what then, blocking home ownership to illegal immigrants was what then. lowest black unemployment ever was what then. Black men were thriving like never before in recent memory under trump pre-covid whether you want to admit that or not also it was democratic policies that destroyed the black community, but thats partly our blame as people. Our women betrayed us for benefits from the government and thats where this "i dont need a man" attitude developed from. Trump actually gave black men hope that we could be successful in america, while democrats only wanted for us too look at ourselves as victims( which never accomplishes anything) and blame white supremacy
bro crime in democratic cities had been up for a while long after 2000. It didnt start to finally take a dip under 2012, but it fell drastically under trump. I dont know if that was because black guys in hood were afraid to commit crimes in the trump presidency or what, but someone captioned a tweet a few months back( trying to find it now) which shows the difference
It's not a time for celebration. Not for me at least. Democrats underperformed. We deserve better from this party.
