The Trump campaign is sending out calls for fundraising to pay for legal cases. If Biden wins this by taking GA, WI, MI, PA or NC narrowly look for legal challenges in any of those states. Trump might just launch a legal challenge in AZ just out of pure pique..
Biden was also dominating OH, FL, TX after 75% of the vote was counted. How did he lose???? You can't have it your way in some states and cry foul when it goes the other way in others.
He doesn't answer any of the replies that point out the Democratic leaning mail-in ballots, at this point we shouldn't bother.
Those swing states are run by GOP legislators. Those swing states purposefully decided to make it a regulation to count the in-person votes all first and then start counting mail in votes. Florida is one of the few that starts counting mail in ballots first. The GOP knowing that the demographics don't look like a Trump victory, their only path was to blur the line of legitimacy by creating this scenario where it looks like Trump has the lead on election day so he can plant in his base's mind that he won the election and any further counting is some conspiracy against him.

NC is definitely still up in the air for Senate and Prez - it's close and they don't know how many more ballots will be arriving in the coming days. Given Brett Kavanaugh's comments, and Trump's declaration he plans to go to the SC, it's going to be very interesting to see what happens.

How so? The only way he wins now is by somehow convincing people we should stop the count... Because of reasons.
What Kavanaugh wrote is definitely worrying but I have a hard time seeing a majority of the court go along with an argument that counting should be stopped on the night of the election. It's possible but that is such an extreme departure from any precedent that it would make Bush v Gore look tame.
