Except for those that count it early which is basically Florida, Texas, NC, and GA only. The issue we are seeing in these states is Biden is NOT outperforming 2018 votes but he is in some cases outperforming Hillary. The biggest issue though is the Latino vote which is looking really really bad for Dems. But yes with the Hillary/Trump 2016 map you are correct. There’s nothing decided yet on the rust belt. Only the Sun Belt which so far is underperforming 2018 which is not a good sign for the expansion states and winning Florida which was the dream scenario of sending Trump packing by midnight. What sucks most though is that again it’s obvious that these handful of EC states are the only ones that matter. It’s terrible for our Democracy to continue to have only 3 states really matter out of 50.
