When I see more people voting and getting involved in the democratic process, it makes me happy. When trash Republicans see that, they cry and try to sue.

    it’s sad

    2016 - was 1.3m votes, clinton +161k

Are the extra 400k votes alll going Biden?

Trump won Texas by ~800k, so gonna take more than just Harris.

It's hard to play a fair game when you rely on a percentage of your voter base to not have a brain.

Collin County is the key player I hear. What are the stats there?

If you see a large group in MAGA hats voting, does it still make you happy? I have to admit that it does make me anxious-- though I am glad they are participating in democracy rather than, for example, planning to kidnap the governor.
In any case, I am not filing lawsuits to stop them from voting.

Collin County has had the second highest participation rate in the state among voters who have not previously voted in a primary or general election there, according to Derek Ryan, a Republican data strategist. The county’s rate is 34.3%, while the statewide rate is 21.5%.

Joel Montfort, a Democratic consultant in North Texas, said the county has seen about 70,000 new voters so far in early voting, and nearly half are 40 years old or younger.

I just want a free and fair election with no fckery...MAGA is deplorable trash, but still, let the people truly decide

GOP has lawsuits flying left and right and trying all these pathetic antics to suppress the vote...they hate the concept of a democracy

Trump and his GOP minions have filed multiple lawsuits to stop mail-in-ballots in Nevada. So far, all of these frivolous lawsuits have been tossed. As of 5 minutes ago, Ralston is reporting that the latest batch of mail ballots showed a 2-1 dems advantage. No wonder the crooks wanted the counting to be stopped!

They are done in Nevada. Blue as the sky!

Or people could vote in person, you know... Like every election ever.... So we don't leave the door open to fraud from either party... Libtards didn't push for mail voting just for nothing....

These frivolous lawsuits are a waste of taxpayer money and a disruption to the electoral process. I wish we could criminalize filing these lawsuits at this point. In fact, it would be great if we can establish a grace period prior and after election (lets say +/- 1 week) that prevents any of this bullshit. All it does is confuse voters.

Mail in voting has been part of the election system for years. There is a pandemic happening and people should be able to have the option to vote by mail if they are concerned about their health.

Should have brought up that point before people voted.

People should vote for who they want. Admittedly I've been guilty of outrage by some people I personally know that voted straight ticket Repub, but at the end of the day, I'd rather they vote for who they feel best represents them, and let the democratic process play out. At the same time, the GOP is utilizing a lot of tactics to circumvent the democratic process, turning this into a constitutional crisis.

How can you be for America if you embolden people in power right now that want to tear it down by taking away people's votes and suppress voter turn out as much as they feel they can get away with? I don't see how you can justify all the attempts to circumvent the democratic process and still expect people to have faith in government institutions even if your party wins. It goes beyond policy disagreements and your party's collective vision of what America should be. It's how you destroy democracy. That's one of the many reasons why I think it's not enough to just throw Trump out, but all the Senators that enabled him to let the country get to this point. They were supposed to be the checks and balances that prevent crazy Presidents from running a country into the ground. They were supposed to be ones that limited his crazy words to Twitter and not enacted legislation and policy. And instead they did worse than nothing. They enabled it. **** em.

Mail in voting has been around for years but has never been done in the numbers we are about to see within the next few hours. If you can go protest, riot, shopping, looting you can go vote. I mean, if you stand by the dems you will be okay as long as you wear a mask. So what's the issue?

It has been and there has been almost no fraud by either party, and it has never once changed the outcome or even close.

That's anybody how votes are processed in Florida? Do Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach goes last in the counting? I would feel better if that were the case because Trump appears to be still ahead.

The people who go protest might be voting in person. Though, there is no reason why they can't vote by mail if they choose. Mail in balloting is secure.
