Yeah I was thinking that too. They are pretty well produced ads. Sure enough just as I speak another one just came on. I'm surprised they didn't fund some Kanye ads..
As I said it's possible as I don't analyze RCP as deeply as Silver does but then again this isn't my job. All of that said just taking the RCP averages still show that Biden should win and a landslide is very possible.
MI, PA, WI they missed Trump winning. Nevada they had Trump winning. Here are their 2016 battleground polls (includes final totals): https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/president/2016StateFinalResults.html
Biggest misses were Iowa (6.5 less than Trump), Michigan (3.7 less than Trump), Nevada (3.2 less than Clinton), New Mexico (3.3 less than Clinton), Ohio (4.6 less than Trump, and Wisconsin (7.2 less than Trump)
I took a quick glance and indeed saw they left out the Siena poll for PA avg. The point isn’t that Biden is winning or not, or by how much. Accuracy matter. It’s a website that show avg and they left off polls. Acceptable if it’s a mistake, unacceptable when it’s a pattern.
trump's lawyer, campaigning for trump on... russian state-controlled TV (that the trump's own DOJ has required to register as a foreign agent).
They have a cutoff time to include polls in their average or projection. For example, the cutoff for 538 to include polls in their projection was midnight last night.
