Certainly expect their offense to be better with his addition. I wonder why he didn't want another HC gig though? Or maybe the market just wasn't there for him.
Saw this coming a mile away, especially after the Pelicans hired SVG. I think this is a smart hire by Nash/Brooklyn.
In the Playoffs Mike Dantoni really got exposed. Small 7 rotation He doesn't trust younger players Stubborn in not Having a Big Man Rebound or have Bigger Players Guard Bigger Players Plus he is Beta Male for not Showing any Leadership. Vocally or doesn't call out Harden for not taking over late in the 4th.
lol miami beat the lakers with a 7 man rotation. shame on them. mda is gonna get closer to the finals now than the rockets will
Tillman Fertitta was right. Mike Dantoni is a flawed Coach. That does not deserve to highly paid. Small does work in Spurts but not the whole 48 minutes in a Game. Pick and choose moments in the Game. 3s and Layups for 48 minutes is impossible. Post Ups, Pick and Roll, Moving without the Ball, Midrange Shots all are equally important. Efficient Open Shots are the Best Shots
If the Nets win a championship with this squad, will people say, "Durant is closing in on LeBron in the GOAT talk. Look, he won two rings with two teams in two conferences!"?
Yeah, market wasn't there for him. All the teams interested in him just went another way. Maybe he can pick up a ring though on this team... If Kyrie doesn't ruin the locker room or Durant doesn't get hurt. Should be an interesting season though. With Durant and Kyrie, I wonder how this team will handle any kind of adversity...
I don't know about GOAT but there's plenty of Team KD people over Lebron just from a individual basketball player perspective
I, for one, can't believe other teams weren't lining up for a coach who was fundamentally incapable of countering a double team or a 2-3 zone
