I wasn't talking about specifically that. The Democrats in congress can invalidate the lawsuit about Obamacare that in front of the Supreme court by making one simple line change and the entire case would be thrown out and thus protecting everyone's healthcare. The democrats obviously want to run on the platform that they are saving healthcare.

There were also many avenues the Democrats could've taken in Congress to prevent AMB to have been nominated before the election day () . The bottom line is that both parties pray on the fear of its peoples and at the end of the day the people are ones who suffer.

Obviously the GOP is much more extreme I'm obviously voting for Biden but the democrats arent saints either.

I also think this was too out in the open . Also , the stakes are higher so people are paying closer attention.

I dont think so with the mail , i voted drive through .. it was instantaneous and by computer . If during a normal year you waited until the election day to send out your ballot , and for whatever reason , it got to its destination late ... then i think that a voter should have been aware of that possibility and maybe should have sent it out earlier.

With this year and many more people voting by mail , its also reasonable to expect the system to be strained .... NOW obviously the republicans are using the power they have as the governing party to keep that power. So i do think the **** thats been going on with our post office is a form of voter suppression.

But i dont think thats as blatant as would be invalidating votes already cast at a proper polling place set up by the local govt.

Well, the POTUS said ballots should not count after the 3rd, even thought EVERY States count pass the 3rd in past election and will definitely do so again in this election.

The GOP is fking with democracy. They are anti-democracy and pro-authoritarian. Anyone voting for them is also voting against democracy and for authoritarian in my book (although some of them have sadly been brain washed to believe it’s the exact opposite - the communist thingy).

Ya I fume over that too. Like if Trump and GOP Senators win because they really do have the popular vote and electoral college support of more Americans than Biden and Democrats, I will be disappointed, but I wouldn't question the playing field of the democratic process.

It's just when you **** with that process that you are ending democracy and that is worth not only fighting for, but dying for. Like, I'm not in the camp of Dan Patrick thinking that thinks the economy is worth more than my mom's life or friends and family with high risk health complications and think they're worth dying for the sake of American bull god. But to actually sway election results through undemocratic means? That's worth fighting for. That's a real constitutional crisis.

I think of people in military stationed outside of the U.S. who do mail in ballots that ALWAYS come in after November 3rd. You would be denying the votes of people that are potentially at risk of dying for this nation overseas. That is absurd. More than that, isn't the stereotype that most military vote conservative?

That Video you posted about how to try to stop the nomination by impeaching Barr and the rest is so unrealistic and stupid. Definitely not a winning strategy that would have backfired during this election cycle.

I could list a million reasons to impeach Barr off the top of my head and it definitely would not be unrealistic. Also Democrats can get rid of the Obamacare suit in front of the supreme court with ONE CHANGE to the current law.

Open your eyes up and realize that the establishment elite on both sides are pieces of *****. Theres no doubt that Trump is worst and is uncontrollable so we do need to vote him out but don't be fooled into thinking either party gives two ****s about you or me.

How are you going to change the law? You think Moscow Mitch would take up a vote in the senate? lol Impeaching Barr right before the election would take away the focus on how poorly trump has done on covid. That would hand trump the victory in the election. The democrats are smart in letting trump do the talking. Why take the focus off of trump. Just because you can impeach doesn’t mean you should. You have to think about the total picture. It is better to win both the presidency and senate than try and delay the nomination.

I agree that democrats can be over the top but you are way wrong about obamacare and what it would take and you do know the Senate is Republican led so that "edit" would not be passed.

You are also wrong about AMB.

I don't agree with @astros123 about everything, but he did nail the TX Supreme Court reaction. And I'm very happy about that.

And that tweet quoted about the worst and most hysterical reactions getting the most Twitter reactions is on point.

Where we diverge a good bit is the "both sides" part. I mean, I recognize corporate Dems for what they are, but the two sides don't look or act too much alike now.

So you are that guy, being loud and wrong.

The house cannot change anything with the ACA without senate approval, do you not know how congress works?
