It was a long time ago and I lived in a tiny city. I remember getting a letter a few months later saying my vote didnt count.

 

I felt the GOP shot themselves in the head with the tax law that limited mortgage interest and state tax deductions. It actually incentivized people to move from expensive blue states like California and NY to cheaper options like Texas and Georgia
