Stick with Tillman? More like stuck with Tillman. Rockets are my hometown team. I went to my first game in '77. This is a really stupid question.
Lol this made me laugh out loud. Thank you. I needed that. I will win an NBA title before Tilman, and I can't jump and have no money.
Tilman might make it impossible to remain a Rockets fan. Most of us don't feel that way just yet, but give him time.
It might be time. With Hardens imminent departure, there is simply nothing left here to root for. Basically nothing to tie the Rockets backed to the team I grew up loving.
Certainly a valiant sentiment, but the owner of the franchise himself is actively trying to ruin the organization. We're all supposed to support that? For what?
If you're a fan and you support bullshit and idiotic ownership, what does that make you? a fake. To that I'd say gtfo. real fans are able to see through bs. not sit there and support a terrible product
I will monitor what the Rockets do but thats it. Similar to the Astros. I'm not going to invest time or money on something being run by Tilman Fertitta.
Nobody said anything about ditching the Rockets completely. I just don't think you can shame anybody for not supporting this garbage owner anymore.
Everyone gets a secondary team to root for, one that doesn't necessarily compete directly with your own team (cant be dallas, spurs, jazz or you're cut). 76ers are as good as any. In the east, have a bright future but rooting for them doesn't make you a frontrunner, and now they have Morey. We might be the only group of fans that support a team based on a team executive as opposed to a player, but that's okay.
if Morey gets Harden in a trade, I'll definitely be rooting for them as my eastern team. Tilman is gonna flush this franchise down the gutter for sure
Sixers already have one of the best fan podcasts in The Rights To Ricky Sanchez too. I'm listening to their latest podcast right now and hilariously they clearly have no idea what's coming and they're talking about how the Sixers have been a terrible organization since Hinkie was booted. I feel like their next podcast is going to be a celebration.
