...while the rest of us laugh at the current Angels. But was your post a reference to their last WS championship team? Too lazy to look it up--did they win it without megaMM$$$$ free agents? That was like 18 years ago or so, right? K-Rod, and all those guys. And that prick Edmunds, before he went to StL for the $$$$$$$.

i assume he’s referring to them signing Pujols for an infinite sum, and then winning nothing. Which, again, doesn’t make the Dodgers decision to break the bank on Betts in a way 2-3 others teams can match any smarter.

I’m just bitter about the confluence of the love fest for the Dodgers and Friedman, the hate fest for the Astros, and our pending loss of our start outfielder that we cannot afford. It’s a rigged system and the casual fan is cheering for the House.

Seems like a lack of 'institutional control' here...

And Chris Correa was committing corporate espionage and ended up in federal prison all on his own as well... right?

Especially after they intentionally allowed someone COVID-infested to interact with large amounts of people in close quarters because he 'insisted'...

That it is. Yet, the 2015 Royals, the 2017 Astros, and [almost] the 2020 Rays continue to happen. And, the Yankees keep getting dropped by the likes of the Astros and Rays. So, there are silver linings to the Selig-Manfred BS-cloud.

No, the Dodgers WS gets an asterisk.

This World Series will mostly be remembered for the Dodgers "insisting" that a known COVID19 positive player, without a mask be in close proximity to a bunch of other people..... Good call Dodgers........ great look

Cheaters!!!! They prolly knew this already. Sports is a pay to win system... not unlike those video games we play. They nerf teams via trade blocking, they juice balls, all that good stuff.

No. Actually they should be the first. Like the first. Too bad irony is just lost on some people.

"Los Asterisk Dodgers" lmfao don't know why I never thought of that. If we're allowed inside the park, we gotta bring sings saying that, "C*vid champions" etc. to taunt them in return.

Can we talk about irresponsible Justin Turner was last night? He and/ or the Dodgers better get a hefty fine or suspension

Not calling for it just keeping it real. Its already being said and NOT by Houston fans. Its all ridiculous but you know its going to be part of this season no matter who won.

First of all, f#ck the Dodgers.

But I am not joining the asterisk bandwagon. Its a slippery slope to try to diminish an accomplishment by others due to self appointed criteria. The whole mentally behind it just invites others to do it to you. Lots of folks want to * the Astros 2017 trophy. I am not having any of that either.

Yeah that was pretty bad. Honestly there's no excuse the Dodgers can make that can justify what happened.

It'll get swept under the rug and forgotten because they're the Dodgers. If this were a player on the Rays you can bet your ass LA would have been complaining left and right about it and Manfred would have suspended the entire team.
