This must have been BoBs master plan all along. That SOB. Mortgage your future to win just enough to manipulate Cal into giving him an extension. Then get fired and not have to deal with the mess that he created, and just sit at home collecting his money.

It’s amazing how much power Cal gave O’Brien. Everyone saw this coming and watched it in real time while Cal needed to see 0-4 first. BoB set this franchise back years.
The team needs to get blown up, trade what you can for picks, the defense is not an easy fix, it's not a player away, it needs talent at every level. Apart from Watson, Tunsil, and maybe Fuller (If you can resign him) everyone should be available. Who cares if the team doesn't want people to get traded, they are not a good team and losing like this only does Miami any favors.
