Two part shuffle to get younger and continue to contend. Trade One with Philadelphia Rockets trade: Harden, Gordon, Tucker 76ers trade: Simmons, Richardson, pick(s), filler. Philly new roster is title worthy Harden Gordon Tucker Harris Embiid with Milton, Thybulle, Horford off bench Trade Two with Magic Rockets Trade Westbrook and pick Magic Trade Aaron Gordon, Bamba, filler Rockets 2020-21 roster Simmons Richardson Covington/House Aaron Gordon Bamba Plus potential cap room for free agents
Did this trade even take into account the salary cap? You're sending Philly $64 million worth of salary while only taking back $40 million between Simmons and Richardson. Philly don't even have $20 million in filler salaries unless we're taking on Horford's contract too.
Starting over and overhauling is what needs to happen. Y’all are quick to forget this “title” contender was a missed 3 pt shot by an undrafted rookie away from being a first round exit.
