    Republicans know they're outnumbered.

They roll over and play dead to all the lying, scheming and hypocrisy because it's a fight for survival.

I think that's very likely DOT or Interior might be where you see a capable Republican put in the administration. Charlie Baker or Christine Todd Whitman would probably fill one of those roles.

Also while Flake is being considered I doubt he will accept a position in a Biden Administration. He is the most conservative of the names and he probably figures he wouldn't get along with the rest of the Admin.

even if Flake wouldn’t accept, it’s ridiculous that he’s even being considered for anything in the 1st place

How are u complicit in the destruction of this country, and still get offered olive branches? The GOP put party over country, now they need to get thrown out.

even with these Bush era never-Trump Republicans endorsing Biden, they are simple doing a classic “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”...once Trump is booted out, watch how fast they switch up

Never said the GOP was popular.

I said some of their policies are popular.

It's more nuanced than what you are saying its not black and white.

OK, I'll give you that one. It's just that reality is different for the Trump crowd. And no one likes having to admit he or she was fooled so big-ly.

So why are you ignoring the Republicans who did not vote with Trump ever and never supported him?

    They do exist you know.

I don't expect them to admit it, but they will know.

Yup its why the turnout scenarios are flipped in recent polling. Democrats have banked so many votes that they are actually doing better in low turnout scenarios now. Dems are also doing better in likely voters screens than registered voter polls which is another unusual element of this election. This might be the first election in a generation where Republicans need higher turnout scenarios to win.

the country has gone to sh*t under Trump...if it’s not destroyed now, it will be after 4 more years of Trump...so yeah, considering any Trump supporters or condoners for any position is ridiculous

I'd put Romney on the transition team, to help find qualified women to appoint. He's already got that binder.

Biden 47% Trump 47% It is one poll, but Quinnipiac University's new poll of likely Texas voters show deadheat in Texas. Reminder: 1976 is the last time a Democrat won Texas in a presidential race.

Quinnipiac - Pennsylvania poll (change from last): Biden 51 (-4) Trump 43 (+2) Q's last poll was +13, which was a clear outlier, but definite tightening over the last two weeks from their last poll. Biden is up 4.2 in the RCP average in PA at the moment.
