Hate to go off topic regarding sports. But this is why I find the mlb and nfl to be much more legitimate sports than the nba. In the nba you have corrupt refs like Scott foster who ref our biggest playoff games. If altuve and judge were in the nba in 2017 then I’m sure the nba media voters would choose judge over altuve for mvp because of “narrative” and because he was way more popular at the time. Often times I find in the nfl and mlb It feel more often than not it’s the players who decide the games more than outside interference or refs/ umpires. The better team wins 95% of the time. You don’t see series like 2002 kings/ lakers, 2007 Spurs/ suns and 2018 rockets/ warriors.Just look at our Astros after the scandal compared to the rockets Hong Kong scandal. The mlb didn’t interfere to try and keep houston from advancing in the playoffs. Compared to the nba where the nba was trying to screw the rockets in the very first round againist okc due to our games being blacked out in China. The nfl and mlb have way more integrity than the nba and their leagues are much more believable. The lakers vs blazers was stopped on mamba day at a score of 24-8 in a live game(tribute to Kobe), I’m sorry but both teams would have to be in on something like that for that to take place. It’s a scripted league and I’m done with it. Rant over

This is the part of the 2020 World Series documentary where they say..."With their backs against the wall, the Astros kicked it into high gear."

If you’re an Astro fan this game has been no fun. Awful is the best word to describe it.

I was so afraid that we would play like this tonight. Just had that nagging feeling that Lance was the wrong guy and that our hitters would press and revert back to being useless.

we have 3 more chances but it seems the team is too tight mentally. We arent hitting the ball hard at all and not challenging the rays in any way. Looks like we are about to possibly let them blow it open too.

big time shame that they didn’t go into this game with a swagger and play like winners. Very disappointing.
