This is a non-story because everyone knows it's a false story.

I guess we should wait before making that determination. While it is true that Hunter could have very well made that money on his own merit, it isn't out of the realm of possibility that they were using him to get to his dad.

It's more than possible, but given there's a sustained practice of hiring the children of established politicians for increased influence to the parents all over Washington, it isn't illegal, and there won't be laws making it explicitly illegal for a long long time.

The story being presented comes across as spurious. So many holes to it. You have all these scandals coming out this week from this to Obama having killed a body double Bin Laden and then killing Seal Team 6 to cover it up.

Right now there is a desperate effort to try to change the momentum of this election. This story doesn't feel credible. If it were, I think it would be more than the right wing media picking it up.

I guess. But Trump is far more vocal about ongoing "investigations" of his political rival. It shows an obvious bias and always tends make the public skeptical if the "investigation" are politically motivated. It makes people lose trust in the process. Notice before the election, when the FBI was starting their investigation, Obama never publicly addressed the country about the investigations. He never made them political. He didn't constantly tweet about it. He didn't make it like half the subject matter at his rallies that, by the way, he would only do during election seasons and would actually be the president of the country rather than his base.

Dude, the point of making it political is for swaying elections. Hence why making it "political" implies spamming it as propaganda constantly over and over.

The difference is China's government sanctioned it and one is based in capitalism. Twitter is a publicly traded company. It's interests are singular. Maximize profits.
