Positives? The Astros bullpen is as in good of shape as you could hope for. things have to get better. And if they don’t, you blame the game.
Bregman becomes the first player since stat-tracking began with FIVE 'hard hit' balls (95+ mph exit-velocity) and ZERO hits in a postseason game.
We should have had that in the 9th. Such a ****ing bummer. Tomorrow is a must win. We need to get to Glasnow early, eventually that bullpen has to wear down....
Expected Batting Average/Actual Batting Average: Game 1 TB .189/.207 HOU .319/.272 Game 2 TB .167/.133 HOU .357/.277
Ugg. Seems like this is tampons magic year. If we can’t get pass them I’ll root for them to piss all over the Dodgers.
2 game hole isnt impossible. The franchise has some bright spots moving forward. Proud of Framber and LMJ
Well said! Not looking ahead but Framber>McMullers>JoseU>Javier>Greinke and a free agent #2/3 SP are looking good for next year.
Really wished Breggy wouldve took some pitches. That guy was wild all over the place. These are the "I hate baseball days"
We'll all be dead next year when the coronavirus and the flu virus f*ck each other...and make a supercoronafluvirus that kills 98% of the remaining population. Umm...sorry.
Did we give up on Whitley? Or does he still have a shot in the next couple of seasons to make it the majors?
I think alot of us knew the bats would have to be hot (5+ runs per game) for us to win this series. TB has a ton of arms to throw at us. They threw 5 or 6 guys at us the first game. Their defense makes it even tougher.
Astros postgame show mentioned an Altuve arm injury may have contributed to his throwing error. Anyone know about an injury?
