Yep this is ALL house money here. Let NY and TB slug it out over games should help some. Them bats tho.
TEN Astros batted this series SIX of them had OPS over 1.000 Tucker (<1.000) hit .412 The playoffs began, then the Astros experience took form. Keep it up
I remember at least 4 really sharp hits by Tucker (>95mph) that went right at fielders. His ascendancy this season has been remarkable. He, Javier, Valdez and Parades make me feel so good about this season (almost) regardless of how the next series goes
Heard on the radio in the 9th that Fiers was literally the only pitcher that was on their roster that they didn't use this series.
I thought Mike Fiers is a Starter, Mike Fiers gets mad at AJ Hinch for not starting in the Postseason. Yet Mike Fiers doesn't say anything to the As Melvin as to why he isnt pitching right now in the Postseason. Mike Fiers is a scared hypocrite.
What's odd is that he hasn't hit the ball better this year than last year. Lower OPS even with a higher percentage of his 100+ mph grounders finding holes in the shift this year. He struck out less, but he had a ton more pop last season.
Not to give that local moron any sort of credit... but he's actually been as pro-Astros as any of the local guys, with the last time he was on the air being 2017. He was all over the Stros beating either the White Sox (no experience) or the A's (always lose in the playoffs) and it actually made a semblance of sense. Ok, I just threw up all over myself after posting that. N/m...
