this charts looks great. technical set-ups include been consolidating since early Jul, the doji on 9-27-20 signals a change in direction, confirmed by bouncing off the low trading channel, as well as MACD fast line crossing-over the slow line. fundamental / seasonality considerations. one of KWEB's major holdings is BABA the run-up to "singles-day" has started. the much-ballyhooed Ant Financial IPO, the world's biggest one ever, will be in mid-Oct
the short leg of one of my Bullish Call spreads on TSM has become in-the-money; exited the spread for a nice gain used that proceed to buy a bullish CALL spread on this textbook eg of a flag formation, or the 3rd wave if u believe in the Elliot Wave Theory, for the year-end run regardless of the Nov election results
ETSY is still beasting, is this long term? Fundamentally it makes sense to stick long term to me. I don't know **** about candles or consolidating. Buy calls and double dip? Are we peaking? Dart throw?
I had a great Etsy play yesterday that trump screwed up. Cut it for a loss and of course today it closes strong
this is the build up (marketing/promotion) to the 27 Oct ERS (financial metrics and guidance) it past performance is any indication, it will be well-received. on this basis, trading action has a good chance of taking out the previous high of ~94.5 before the ERS. my bullish Dec 75 / Oct 95 CALL spread is looking good.
Down cuz it got announced IPOC will convert to Clover Health, which I think the public is not excited about. I'm indifferent at best but I'm betting on Chamath more than anything.
LOL. I think Chamath is trying to corner the SPAC market. I've lost count how many he has. He's got IPOA through IPOZ locked up, I think. Then he was a part of FVAC, TRNE, and I think SPCE.
Unfortunately i let go of it to ready more cash. Wasn't expecting market to be so bullish this month lol. I will only touch again if there's a correction.
Google ventures and sequoia were early investors. Agree with u, not really excited about it but it looks low risk at this price, with chance to pop later on speculative news.
Could it be due to exposure to business in China /trade war? Same reason mrvl has been up - expectation of Biden prez
Feels like a lot of the SPAC have been coming down to earth. Not sure if I want to double up on these bets. I think I'll stick to the sub $11 ones that haven't announced a deal to see if I can get a pop.
