    On that note: just learned Kayleigh McEnany had a double mastectomy at age 30 as preventative measure due to a rare bad gene putting her at high risk of cancer.

    reading her bio after her positive, I think I might now be on Team Kayleigh, esp after her stint as press sec ... tough cookie, hard worker, well-prepared, very bright

    Never thought this was a good idea. Dead to Me has an entire episode about Applegate doing this.

    I have prostate cancer in my family. I'm not going to pre-emptily put a colostomy bag on... That would be stupid.

    Yeah, not even remotely the same thing. Different organs, with different functions. Average age of onset for breast cancer vs. prostate cancer for one, false equivalency with the colostomy bag for another. I could go on, but I think I'll just carry on living my life.
