I didn't HYPE anyone. I just said he is handing over duties. I had no clue on how good of a play caller he was. I said he was hopefully more creative. I was wrong...lol.

I honestly do not think Tim Kelly ever called the plays or had any control over the offense. It was still BOB's offense. With Romeo being a more defensive guy that means Tom is going to get to do whatever he likes. Romeo is probably going to delegate a lot more than BOB who was a control freak and I think that's a good thing. You have OCs and DCs and GMs for a reason.
