Their main purpose is SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING for things like disabled learning and extra funding for underprivileged neighborhoods.

You honestly have no ****ing clue what you are talking about. The average k-12 school recieves roughly 8% of their funding from the federal government. We already have a system where the state and local governments have the overwhelming largest say.

This is purely due to the vast majority of our school funding being based in local property taxes which means neighborhoods with higher property values have more funding for their schools while poor neighborhoods have less funding which basically creates a system that accelerates wealth inequality. This system of over-reliance on state and local government funding has created this also:

The problem is the exact opposite of your uninformed view. The federal department of education needs to vastly increase and actually properly fund underprivileged neighborhoods.

Stop having such confident opinions on topics you care little about. It's obvious due to yup not even understanding the very basic well known nature of how our local k-12 schools are funded.
