Wow, the press conference went really well for Mr. Sinclair Link Sinclair arrested, and other notes from the Press Club A footnote to the story of Larry Sinclair, the gadfly whose long criminal record I wrote about this morning: He was arrested by Washington, D.C. police after his press conference there today, two officials at D.C.'s First District station confirmed to Politico. Sinclair is wanted in Colorado on theft and forgery charges, but police officials I spoke to wouldn't discuss the charges. Reason's David Weigel first reported the arrest. Avi swung by Sinclair's press conference at the National Press Club today, an utterly strange scene whose highlight came from Sinclair's spokesman, Montgomery Blair Sibley, whose law license has been suspended, explained why he was wearing a kilt, explaining that it was more comfortable for "those of us on the other side of the genital spectrum." At the Press Club, Avi also ran into Will Bower, a sometimes-Huffington Post blogger who founded “Party Unity, My Ass” – a group for die-hard Clinton supporters that are now backing McCain – and was invited by the McCain campaign last weekend to meet with the presumptive Republican nominee, and called Sinclair's story "worth exploring." “I don’t think he should be written off without consideration,” he said when asked about Sinclair. “I think its worth exploring.”
This is maybe the second funniest thread ever, after the "War Feelings" thread. Boy, T_J, us Obama supporters sure are naive/gullible, eh? What's that catchphrase you use? Something about "cred" and the lack of it?
Take my advice and put him on your ignore list. I am a lot happier this way and rarely, if ever, get sucked into responding to his vitriolic idiocy.
I noticed lil_t_j has been making the rounds and I just wanted an update from him on this one. Good times! @Trader_Jorge
Man the obvious lies & conspiracy theories Obama had to deal with is ridiculous. The Republican party even back then appears to have been pushing these wild conspiracy theories. You can pretty much say whatever stupid sh*t you want and Fox will claim serious people are looking into it & a while conspiracy theory will be set up around it. QAnon is now an influential and growing voting block in the GoP. That is truly insane. Climate change / Covid / Mail in ballots It's obvious where the experts in these fields lie. But GoP can just say whatever truly insane thing they want and it's taken seriously. Makes no sense.
Naturally it was T_J who had to regale us with this in the first place. "Now, I'm not one to POST ABSOLUTE OBVIOUS BULLSHIT.... but I would be remiss not to post this...."
Wow, opening up the time capsule for this one! Looking back, I included all the necessary cautionary language and caveats with my original post, to make clear that these charges were not yet vetted. How about Batman's late night, boozy cameo to accuse me of double teaming a priest for $1.00! Classic stuff there. These were some great times from the BBS. How Obama paid for college and grad school remains a secret that he has worked hard to hide from public view. Did he ever do anything freaky-deaky in his life sexually? Probably, which is fine. The big advantage liberals have is a complete hammer lock on any negative information coming from the media. Jeffrey Epstein was perfect example. ABC killed the story years ago and many other outlets were strong-armed into the same. Did something like that happen with Obama and Larry Sinclair? How about with Donald Young -- Obama's supposed close friend with bennies from Trinity Church. https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/ct-xpm-2007-12-25-0712241098-story.html One day the media's code of silence will be penetrated and some of this will leak out. I do expect a lot of juicy nuggets in the next 5 weeks...stay tuned, friends.
My other thought in re-reading this old thread... what Obama was accused of is basically what Andrew Gillum did when he was found comatose in his South Beach hotel room naked, hopped up on drugs, and with a gay prostitute. Yes, the same guy that was a few thousand votes away from being Florida's GOVERNOR. Is it that far-fetched that Obama lived a similar lifestyle at one point?
wow so you admitted to making a thread based on unvetted information, to attack someone you didn’t like. There’s another word for that. It’s called pathetic trolling. and speaking of “time capsule”, this troll thread got 9 pages. Nowadays you’re lucky to get 5 responses. Talk about falling off.
