They need the owner to go full Mark Cuban on em. It's the only way they'll call a fair game if the Nuggets owner calls Stern and says enough of this ****.
Denver HAS to do something about Dwight. I get that Millsap didn't really play the first half due to foul trouble, but Dwight showed a lot of energy. Seems like he got every offensive rebound, which is very deflating. Jokic has to do more than he did tonight. He also got into foul trouble, and was hard for him to play every possession down the stretch. Malone also has to do more with MPJ. We've seen his athleticism and his 3 point shooting. It's do or die next game, so I'd play him more. Let him use that athleticism with Jokic's vision.
I agree with Charles and am happy he called out the officiating in the game. It was a poorly officiated game, but it wasn't the reason the nuggets lost. Rebounding and giving up close to 30 second chance points was the reason. Jokic has to play better, they got to rebound much much better and hope pope, rondo etc stop shooting like prime robert horry. Winning the free throw battle like they did in games 2 and 3 would help too.
dwight pushes off all opposing players around him like bowling pins. he's done this entire career, it's his rebounding technique. the diff is as a rocket and basically the past decade he's been called for those fouls and ends up walking to the bench. and as a faker he's gotten carte blanche to do whatever the F he wants
Its typical how LeBron can tug on Murray's jersey, then whack him across his arm with the ref staring straight at him and not get called for a foul. He can bulldoze with a shoulder and draw a foul. AD can get free throws for coming down on his ankle as the defender steps away. LeBron can stand in the space where Jokic comes down on his feet taking a 3 and nothing's called. The 4th quarter calls/no calls were ridiculous. Ugh. I don't know why I bothered watching this game. Murray made some unbelievable shots, but they got robbed of the fair calls in their chance to take that game in the 4th. Oh, and LeBron cries like a b*tch when he fouls and gets called for it!!
NOPE NOPE NOPE!!! I don't wanna hear **** about the Reffing. . . . . from people that were scream . .. WELL . . THE ROCKETS HAVE TO JUST PLAY THROUGH IT THEY HAVE TO ACCEPT THAT THEY ARE PLAYING 8 on 5 . .. AGAINST A HISTORICAL GREAT TEAM WITH THE SECOND BEST PLAYER OUT WITH A HAMSTRING .. . . . THEY SHOULD STILL WIN !!1 Rocket River
i didn't see the game, just a few highlights. the two lebron/murray highlights they keep showing looks like good D on one and a definite foul on the other. but overall in this series, i believe the lakers have only taken 1 more free throw over the whole series. nuggets actually had a bigger advantage in game 2. i'm not saying it doesn't seem like AD doesn't get a foul every time he shoots within 5 feet and doesn't make it, but the overall ft's aren't crazy out of whack at this point.
The Lakers and nuggets have the same number of fts this series. The Lakers have even been called for more fouls. People didn't seem to complain when the nuggets got more fts than the Lakers.
Anybody who watches an NBA game can see that when it comes down to the 4th quarter in a close game that calls/no calls make a big difference. If you think the Lakers (NBA's Favorites) don't have the edge in getting their way in those type situations then you have far more trust in fair officiating then I have. I've seen it too many times to believe it's all about fairness.
