Ted Cruz the other day was warning about the dangers of 4-4 decisions and how that would paralyze the judiciary. He didn't seem that worried the months there was an 8 Justice court back in 2016.
Texas is one of the worst states to live in if you are worried about voting during the pandemic. They are pulling all stops to expose you as much as possible.

Funny how they wait almost 4 years, and right before the debates to make more promises, but no actual healthcare program that makes healthcare affordable to all. How about making a new healthcare plan like Biden is proposing? That will never happen with Trump as our President. If he gets reelected he will simply take care of the rich while they all feed off the poor.
It's amazing...he's just flailing and saying anything that he thinks might convince a voter or two to vote for him. He tops off the con by covering his butt by having them sign waivers that they can't sue him if he allows them to gather with no social distancing or masks at his rallies. Even now, he promotes the no mask stance of being weak if you wear one by making fun of Biden wearing a mask. How disgusting is that from a President? If anyone deserves to be put in a grave from Coronavirus it's him. The injustice of it all is that he has more protection from being infected than everyone he is blatantly spreading the beliefs to that it's no big deal. He only cares about himself.
