I get what @EddieWasSnubbed was trying to do with this thread but this thread shows why it's impossible not to politicize these shootings.
Im sure you meant "not to". That being said its race, politics, power, and life and death. All that being said only black killings make the news. Plenty of whites and more than a few Hispanics are killed but only black killings are politicized to this point and that involves our country's history and culture
None of those white people get shot because they're white. In fact, the escalation towards black people is 0-100 by comparison. Unfortunately I don't know where this was taken but it's pretty funny how different the police behave.
According to the evidence, the police officers were shot at and simply returned fire. I'm shocked anyone was charged at all. Can you imagine being shot at while serving a warrant? Extreme danger. I doubt we'll see any conviction here at all. Surprised the Grand Jury even indicted. Probably done simply to placate the mob, doesn't appear to have been done based on evidence.
You are a second amendment guy. What do you do when you see people in civilian attire with firearms about to force their way into your house?
I'm pretty sure you can easily tell based on forensic ballistic evidence whether or not someone discharged their weapon in a reckless manner.
They entered with a battering ram after no response was provided to their repeated announcements. It was NOT a no-knock warrant. Did you even listen to the Kentucky AG's presser? Guess not. This was covered extensively. You are wrong. A witness corroborated that the police announced themselves.
It was a no knock warrant. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news...aynes-no-knock-warrant-reassigned/3200277001/
