I don’t think anyone really doubts that African American parents (like all parents) need to take more responsibility for the education of their children. I only want to point out that Obama has said parents (not specific to race) need to be more responsible for various things pertaining to their children. Also this isn’t a mutually exclusive issue. President Obama can say black parents need to be more responsible for the education of their children AND believe that the government at the local and federal level have to do far more.
What? I don't even know what you're on about with this. As @fchowd0311 pointed out it's not mutually exclusive and you can't legislate responsibility. It's a pointless talking point that addresses nothing and ignores all that Obama did policy wise for criminal justice reform, education, and ACTUAL things that make ACTUAL differences. You're the guy that doesn't care, you didn't even know there have been multiple organizations nationwide that seeks to help young youth out, I had to correct that for you, give you links for it. So don't come at me and say I don't care. Telling people "BE MORE RESPONSIBLE!" does nothing to a kid whose dad is in prison and feels he has to be in a gang or get jumped and bullied and beat on yet you go ON AND ON about this same issue dude, in almost every thread lol.
