Denver getting killed by lthe superior lakers and that's exactly their plan! Wait till they are down in the series, lull them to sleep before coming back with force! But seriously, hope this series goes 7 and is highly competitive/entertaining.
i've never understood why people play guys like lebron and harden at the beginning of the 4th quarter of huge blowouts. the same script plays out every time where they play super lazy, let the other team go on a run, and then inevitably have to play even more minutes at actual intensity because they let the other team back. just sit them, see if you can keep the lead, and only break glass in case of emergency. you just played lebron for 4 minutes to turn a 26 point lead into a 17 point lead.
This game is probably over, but I fully expect this series to be competitive, despite the game 1 result.
The NBA and their favoritism officiating makes it almost unwatchable. I didn't start watching until the 2nd quarter which I could barely stomach. LA was at the free throw line the whole quarter. I knew it was rigged when Jokic and Murray had 6 fouls and 6 free throws at halftime to LeBron and Davis with 2 fouls and 16 free throws. How about the way they slapped the fouls on Jokic but let Davis plow him down without blinking and eye. Foster turned his blind eye as always. Same with LeBron and his shoulder bulldozing. Those two can just do as they please. LeBron's crybaby whining one minute and then obnoxious gloating the next is sickening. I just fast forwarded from about 2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter to the end to watch the score flash by until I got to the end. Then off with the tv. That's the best part about waiting until about an 11/2 after it starts and just watching the recording.
