I don't think that's true in this case - we have too much video , its not just speculation. The events are pretty clear cut.

    This we agree on ....

What you don't know and really what the case hinges on is the cause/validation for self defense on either side for the first event and who was the imminent threat for the other assaults.

It's arguable that a man armed with a semi-automatic assault rifle is not in fear of his life evidenced by the fact that he willingly placed himself in an obviously dangerous situation.

it's arguable that he was in fact the immanent threat to protesters who responded in fear of their lives, the first shot, then the second shot then the third shot.

It's so easy to see which type of people would bootlick for the Nazi party if they were living in 1930s Germany.

Why is the right trying to indoctrinate our school children? This is unacceptable.

    ...well...

I suppose it's a step up from saying that public schools are a problem, and everybody that can't afford to go to a good private or charter school should be boiled in oil and have their fat sold for soap...

...baby steps, here, people...I'm told all these changes has to happen in BABY steps...;)

    ...oh I don't know...

...I hear that individual thinking is what's lacking most nowadays...

...I guess that means that the individual who thinks differently than you (in this case)...is the type of individuality that needs to be identified and stamped out...

...just like back in the days when America was great, and senators like Joe McCarthy were running around making sure it stayed that way...

...who says there isn't any Cold War going on anymore?;)

Oh yes, why go for the win when we can work on scoring one point? Eventually we will have enough points to be a true victory. Of course baby steps forward are better than baby steps backwards. lol.
