    Who else would it be? Paredes would be the only other pitcher we have to do it and hes just a baby. Hard to trust a young gun in a playoff situation.

    Same bs from Dusty again. Using our only closer to pitch in a non-save situation. Who’s gonna save a game for you next 2-3 days Dusty? Too old to remember what happen against Angles 10-11 days ago. Dammit!!!

    The guy is not that far removed from getting key outs in playoff/LCS/WS games. He doesn’t have the stamina to be a starter. He probably doesn’t have the stamina to pitch back to back games.

    He can... and has... when given enough rest in a set role. This year, whether it was no ST, mis-cast as a starter, not getting laid, getting laid, whatever... its been different.

    It’s either mental or physical. If he’s right physically then get him in the right frame of mind to succeed.
