- influence over players' late game execution
- presence in-game by calling momentum preventing timeouts
- defense first culture; the offense seems to drive itself
- flexibility/adaptability/creativity with playoff game strategy: actually implement a counter-move in-series
- be friends with James (how do I word this one?); actually use Harden's genius IQ and range of skill
- coach the role players to be game-situationally aware and versed on expectations to deliver on

Edit: adding to the list
- influence players to not pull a bubbleDHouse
- build Dog mentality - no quitting
- build/have established positive relationships with NBA refs

That last bullet...I think you mean actually play and develop your role players.
