Sometimes I'm "gassed" watching the games and sometimes it's reading this forum that lays me low. Some of you seem to have forgotten just how biased the officials have been in this series. Without House, our lack of depth was been exposed in game three. We can't do a damn thing about that except keep playing.

Game two? Westbrook sucked in game two. He flat out sucked. So did Green. Rivers barely sniffed the floor and didn't do anything in his 6 minutes except turn the ball over twice. Harden, Gordon, Covington, and Tucker all had really good games. House played and shot very well. We came close to beating LA, the number one seed, in game two with 5 players actually contributing and one star player, Westbrook, who would have done the Rockets a favor by not suiting up. But hey, our problems are all on James Harden.

Had we won game two, we'd be up 2-1 and most of you guys whining and complaining would be saying, "Well, I never expected a sweep." If we win tomorrow night, the series is tied up. It's no sure thing that we will, since House is in some mysterious 3rd dimension that doesn't allow us to know what the hell is going on with the guy. None of this is ever a "sure thing."

We've always known we have to win 4 games to win this series. Heck, every series. Guess what. We've still got 4 games to play and we have one win in our pocket. If we lose tomorrow, I'll be flipping out like the rest of you are, but we just might win and tie this series up. Get a grip. With all due respect.

You're misusing the term gaslight. That would mean I'm telling you that you are mistaken, when you are not. In this case, re-watching the game will simply confirm you are fabricating Lebron in motion, off-ball, so you are gaslighting this whole thread.

Did you re-watch the game, objectively.

If you don't want to watch the whole game again, like I did, because I love bball that much, then here's the best way to watch it condensed.

    Go here: https://stats.nba.com/game/0041900223/

and click on Lebrons FGA to watch all of them. Then click on his Assists. Then click randomly on other players FGAs, and tell me honestly whether Lebron is moving a lot outside of ISO. He isn't, especially when he doesn't have the ball.

Lebron did ISO in the post roughly 4-5 times. He's 6'9 afterall. That's not motion, and it's easy to double team (ask Giannis and Hakeem) and Harden can do that, and it's OK for you to say that he and the system are too stubborn to do it at least 4-5 times per game, like Lebron did. But that isn't motion off-ball ... and can be double teamed easy.

Is Dragic a free agent after this season because I hope Morey targets him. He complements Harden very well.

Harden wanted to play with his BFF. But what's also true and more important is CP3 played like dogshit last year, was injury prone, and was showing all the typical signs of a player in steep decline. This was a decaying asset that Morey felt he needed to deal ASAP and thought he upgraded the team by getting Westbrook who was widely perceived to be the more durable player at that time.

Of course the complete opposite happened but let's not pretend that the above wasn't what many were thinking at the time.

    AGREED
We have definitely been 5-8 most of the playoffs

I still have confidence in the team
    honestly .. . . . .
Russ is mainly responsible for our losses.
    Mediocre Russ would be better

We also have alot of NO SHOWS
Cov and Ego with only 10 pts each?\
Rivers and BMac giving us nothing

Meanwhile Rondo is giving them 19 pts!

Morey didn’t feel the need to. It’s his boss that foolishly told him to for the millionth time, despite morey mda and co telling him the fit wasn’t ideal. Continues to be the dumbest move and will be for years to come

Harden won't, can't or refuses to play off the ball which is why these shading defenses take him out of games.

Also it doesn't even have to be catch and shoot. He just needs to get the ball in different spots of the court and just make the quick move before defenses decide to double. He'll often make the quick move before the defense settles in the first three quarters but for some reason in the 4th, he just resorts to the slow walk everywhere.

ok I’ll level with you chowd. Do you believe harden has the skill to play off ball like steph and klay. Do you think this would help lessen the burden Westbrook feels like he has to take every game( meaning do you russ being the main ball handler would make his job easier). Do you think harden adjusting his playing style this way would lead him to be less tired in the 4th quarter. Im not gonna lie do agree with some of the things you say about James.

He doesn't have to be one of the best off ball players of all time. He just needs to add SOME versatility to his offensive game. He'll just adding some of his moves back from 2015 would be enough to confuse defenses because they are so honed in on the step back and dribble drive.

ok last question, do you believe harden is more talented than kawhi. But kawhi just has been more fortunate than harden outside of 2018 of course
