Lakers got pretty much every loose ball/50-50 ball

House better have a legit reason for missing games because he is desperately needed when the bench is as buns as it is

    Shocking!!!

Do you play ball? Have you ever tried guarding someone clearly superior to you athletically and physically? **** is tiring. It’s not just a matter of want to. It’s just tiring. Is what it is.

that said. They are still in every game in the 4th. So it can’t be blamed entirely on that.

A seven game series will do that to you

A byproduct of small ball, no doubt.

Moreyball analytics clearly doesn’t account for fatigue. I thought Morey was a genius?

Not to mention we went 7 games in the Okc series and should’ve only had to go 5.

In game 1, the Rockets dominated the 4th quarter.
In game 2, the Rockets dominated the 3rd quarter.

Perhaps the Lakers are just adjusting and figuring out how to make the Rockets less effective.

and it’s true every season...before, it was high minutes and short rotations...now it’s short rotations and 24/7 small ball

not even GS would trot out there impossible to defend while being excellent defensively death lineup all the time...it’s tiring

with that said, the team can’t function with Harden off the floor, they’re not smart, and they let scrubs go off so fatigue is only part of it

Playing Rivers or BMac more, clearly not the answer.due to their inability to impact on offense or defense.

But rotation needs to be extended.

Time to try Luc, Bruno and/or Demarre.

Or how about we had no choice because we don't have enough spacing and Capela was injured, yall need to chill. We didnt have a better shot going forward, this was the only way.

Except this year, they got a 3.5 month break, played less regular season games, don't have to deal with travel or back-to-backs, and took a couple of days extra break for a minor protest. If there was ever a year to make this style work, this is it.

Laker adjustments are part of that as well -- Harden fighting double teams constantly is a good example.

Only Rockets fans want to blow up their team and trade their best player, historically great player, if they do not win it all.

The myopia on CF is astounding.

    8 players over 30 mins....

Oh yeah, this style will really take over the league.

As if teams can easily find 10 "shorties" with long arms, can sink 3s, all while making decent dish passes to the open spaced man in order to compliment a 48 min slasher/facillitator

Or it's MDA's ****ed up rotation / player mgmt skills at work.

    Both?
