We all thought Westbrook would be an ironman next to Harden but somehow he immediately became injury prone as soon as he stepped foot in Houston and now CP3 is magically the ironman Westbrook was in OKC. Our medical staff is probably going to get fired sooner or later.
Westbrook was a key component in a Thunder team that went to several conference finals and a Finals. Mitchell can't get out of the 1st round and throws his crayons on the floor when he loses.
Wb as the #1 guy never got out of the 1st round. he even added pg13 and they still got bounced by lillard and portland in round 1 Mitchell in his 1st year as a rookie took out WB and the thunder This is mitchell's 3rd year. there's absolutely no shame in what his trajectory is at this moment, especially when they were without their 2nd leading scorer
Perfect fits for Harden. Anyone star or fringe star who can shoot threes. Booker, Lillard, Murray, Mitchell, Young CP3, Trae Young, Curry, Klay, KD, Kawhi, PG, Tatum, Morant, Van Vleet, Lowry, Bradley Beal, Buddy Hield, Luka, instead we have Westbrook..

The problem is you can't really be picky for superstars. Clearly Harden and CP3 are a better basketball fit but CP3 is old and wanted a max.
CP got the max with us. Now we Have Westbrook: Watching Rondo it shows me why I hate these two players. We'd win with CP. I don't see Westbrook as anything but an overpaid liability.
Having a run of dominance in the regular season when you have teams that aren't very good guarding you is not indicative of post season success. Rustbrook is terrible with the ball, terrible off the ball, and can't shoot. CP3 is 10x the player Russ is and would be a much better fit. We sucked up to Harden now it is live and die with him as the GM. DD
Always Airemy Lin. WB exposes himself, he isn't really fundamentally sound, gets by with athleticism way too often.
I mean, they're not wrong. ANYONE + Westbrook is a bad fit. People mistake the dude being fearless when he's just a low IQ player and doesn't know any better. However, on the flip side sometimes he gets so hot he can win you an entire game by himself. Not a series, just a game here and there. That's what we're banking on unfortunately.
